E-Meet

I wonder if I am the first person to use the term "e-meet" someone. Which I define is meeting someone over the internet or email through a proper introduction.

Just one email is not meeting someone, its like leaving a message on a machine; you didn't meet to get to know the person on the other end. However, when two people are "e-introduced" through email and they have an email or IM discussion, I think it can be said they are meeting one another.

To meet someone, do you have to be face to face; but e-meet is electronic meeting.

Other people that said "e-meet" but they meant something different. the Silicon Alley Entrepreneurs Club

Good Days

Ever have one of those days that is just great? They are so rare and usually follow up with a shity one.

Today I woke up, read email... but it was beautiful and took the dog for a walk. We went to the pet store and he was happy. On the way back I ran into a dear old friend I haven't seen in months and we had lunch.

The lunch was perfect, light, healthy, yummy Korean food. Even when we walked in the place they played one of my favorite songs (Brazil, from the movie Brazil)...

We left and headed in the same direction, talked all the way with sunshine and a cool breeze. "Cherish these days" I think to myself, their are not a lot of them. Not usually nice weather and good friends pop up on the same day unexpectedly... Surprise makes the world a good place.
